What we collect

When you join the mailing list we collect your email address — nothing else. It lives in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare.

When you send a booking inquiry we also receive your name, email, an optional phone number, and the event details you type into the form. We use those details to reply to your inquiry, and for nothing else.

What we don't collect

No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no profiling. Audio and video players on this site are click-to-load, so nothing is requested from YouTube or anywhere else until you press play.

How your email is used

We use your address for one thing: an email about once a month when we have a performance to announce. We never sell it, and we don't give it to anyone else. The one exception is delivery itself: our emails are sent through Resend, an email provider that handles your address only to put the message in your inbox.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click is enough — no password, no account, no questions. You can also write to booking@olympusbrass.com and we'll take care of it.

Data location & contact

Our data is stored in Cloudflare D1. If you have a question about any of this, or you want to see or delete your information, write to booking@olympusbrass.com.
